Steamed eggs (gyeranjjim: 계란찜)

Whenever anyone asks me for an easy Korean recipe, I recommend my ttukbaegi gyeranjjim.
You don’t need any special Korean cooking ingredients. I used chicken broth, eggs, water, and a little bit of salt. You don’t need an earthenware pot if it’s not available. Use a small heavy stainless steel pot. It will work well. I used heirloom eggs to make it a brighter yellow.
