tried this recipe for the first time… really simple… perhaps its my first time having korean style porridge so i didn’t quite expect the texture… its like black sesame paste dessert but the salty version… LOL! something i didn’t quite expect and that is it became very watery after being left awhile (i ate it slowly becoz i didn’t had much appetite)… hmm…
yeap, i used roasted black sesame seeds so since it was roasted i did not toast it again… it does taste nutty too… Lol.. but i dun get why it becomes pretty watery if i ate it slowly…. is it because it thins out after awhile? amusing to watch actually….
It looks great to me! Did you use toasted black sesame seeds? It should taste nutty. You can add sugar if it is too bland for you.
