Thank you for sharing your food knowledge with the world, Maangchi! I’ve learned so much from you over the years. I always follow your website closely, but this is my first time sharing a photo. I made yukgaejang, dwaejigogi-bokkeum with kkotpang, gosari-namul (harvested here in Oregon!), yeon-geun-jorim, kongnamul-muchim, sigeumchi-namul, oi-muchim, what we call taegu in Hawaiʻi (seasoned cuttlefish, similar to your juipo-muchim), algamja-jorim, kkakdugi and of course baechu-kimchi and rice!! It was so much fun!! A very special dinner with very special friends who are moving soon. None of us will forget it and everything was so 맛있는!! A very special aloha nui loa to you, Maangchi! I am so excited for your new book to come out. How will I ever make it until October?!

    Amazing!
I see this is not the first time you made these dishes. You have been cooking Korean dishes for a long time. It’s a real Korean feast! Thank you for sharing the photo with me and my other readers!
