First time I made bulgogi; can’t believe it took me so long to do it! Turned out perfect. Next try: kimchi!

    Unfortunately, that’s not ssamjang. I couldn’t find a store near me that stocks many Korean ingredients, so I couldn’t make or buy ssamjang. But, I will pick some up when I make a special trip outside the city (Philly) for kimchi ingredients!
