This meatball has an irresistible taste! Ever since I learned this recipe from Reinier, I use it everywhere – spaghetti and meatballs, hamburgers, anytime I need to use ground beef in some kind of shape. It’s always popular whenever I make it, and everyone asks me where I got the recipe. “Oh it’s a long story!…”
Thanks very much Reinier for showing us this unique meatball recipe! It might take a long time to make but I can see this lasting me days and days during the cold Canadian winters when I don’t have the energy to cook! Most of the European restaurants in Vancouver are Russian or Ukrainian. I would love to see a restaurant here featuring the cuisine of the Netherlands!

Reinier, yes, exactly that’s what I felt. When I shaped the meatballs between my 2 hands, I tried to imitate what you were doing. “Teop teo teo tu, Teop teo teo tu…” lol
