<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, In the Seattle Metro area many Korean restaurants serve a salad with sashimi grade tuna cut into small pieces in a bed of salad greens with sliced green onions in a red salad dresssing. I would like to know what this is called and how to make the salad dressing.
