<description>&#60;p&#62;It's a type of cold seafood moochim with imitation crab, this translucent stuff, sometimes shrimp, julienned carrots and cucumbers in a wasabi like spicy mustard sauce.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I always wanted to learn how to make it (and it's name).  It's a dish i could picture myself making over and over. &#60;/p&#62;
