KIMCHI JAEYOOK DDUKBOKI WITH CHEESE - It's one of my favorite dishes from Arang in K-Town NYC... Kimchi, pork, rice cakes and mozzarella cheese I'm pretty sure theres zucchini in it too... They also have a seafood version Does anyone have any idea how to make it?

They usually last awhile, especially unopened. If they do go bad they usually have blue mold.

smell/taste it. if they are unopened, i doubt they spoil.

I bought a pack of rice cakes a while ago, and i'm not sure if they're going bad. I see little white powders on them.
