Hi, are there any other ways to use barley malt powder other than for shikih??
Also do you have a recepi for shikih?

Hi, barley malt powder is “yeotgirum”: 엿기름 in Korean. Yeotgirum is used to make “shikhye”: 식혜. That’s the only recipe I know that uses barley malt powder. Shikhye recipe will be posted someday later.
