<description>&#60;p&#62;At my school they sometimes make this side dish.  It is sooooo good.  It is doraji that has been battered and deep fried then covered in a bright red spicy sauce.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is this a normal side dish?  I've never seen it anywhere except at my school?  Do you have any idea how to make it?
