&#60;p&#62;One of my absolute favorite dishes is ga je mi shikeh that my grandmother used to make.   Do you know what this is?  I guess it's a dish peculiar to Northern Korea.  It's hot, spicy, fishy and makes my mouth water just thinking about it!&#60;br /&#62;
I've found that many of my fellow Koreans don't know what this is, but I hope you do!!!&#60;br /&#62;
Also, do you have a recipe for gan jang ge jang and yang nyum ge jang?  I love these...&#60;/p&#62;
