I've been lurking around this site for a couple of months, trying out the recipes and watching the cute videos. ^_^
Thank you so much, Maangchi, for making Korean food so accessable!
Luckily in central NC there are several Korean grocery stores, so I have had a fairly easy time gathering ingredients. (If anyone in central NC needs the addresses, just ask! ^_^)
I love cooking asian food, and I find Korean food in particular to be more intuitive than other kinds, but that might just be a personal preference! (I wonder if there is a world cuisine that comes most naturally to different people?)
Other than cooking, I love drawing, writing, and rearranging my furniture. XP I live with my wonderful fiance and also my best friend from university. They are my test subjects, and they've survived so far!
Its so nice meeting everyone, please take care of me!
