<description>&#60;p&#62;I consider myself an epicurean and made Yang Gop Jang based on taste. It didn't taste quite right...a bit too malty.  I would really appreciate your advice on making the stir fry sauce.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I used beef tripe + intestines.&#60;br /&#62;
For sauce, kochu jang, kochu karu, sesame oil, sesame seed, sugar, corn syrup, garlic, jalapeno pepper&#60;br /&#62;
veggies: onion, carrot, zucchini, cabbage, green onions
