I really like to make Japchae for large parties because I can make a lot at once, its relatively cheap to make, and it can feed a number of people. Also, I am functioning on a college budge,t and this dish is good for that because you don't need a whole lot of meat for it. If you have lots of flavorful veggies added, you won't even miss it if you put less meat in to save money. A big platter of Kimbap is always a hit at parties too!
