I make the doraji from aeri's website often except I don't use cucumber. I love doraji and would live to see a non spicy version of doraji side dish. The crunch of doraji is so satisfying!

I didn't mean anything negative by it. I wouldn't embarass anyone of my own kind because I am korean myself.

Thank you for the email. I can't wait for your doraji recipe! Right now I am making your cucumber side recipe and waiting for the end of the week.

Hi,
I emailed you just now that I will post the doraji saengchae recipe someday in the future.

I believe what you are saying, but I hope you should not leave any negative comments about somebody else' recipes here because it makes me feel uncomfortable.

and it did not come out the way I like it. It was not as tasty and spicy and chewy and good as I would buy it already made from the korean supermarket. Can you PLEASE post this recipe? Or if anyone can help that would be great. I also tried to look for other doraji recipes online but couldn't find the one I like the way it's pre made at the market.
