“Dduk bossam”

  1. does anyone happen to know how to buy the dduk for dduk bossam? it’s cut into very thin square slices. It’s used like lettuce to wrap cooked meat and eat directly. I was wondering what it looks like in the store – is it already cut square? Should I boil/cook it before eating?
