Hi, I moved to Tanzania 3 months ago and do not have access to a K-grocery to gather the goodies necessary to cook K-food :( But I make do with what I can find here and I've made kimchi (w/o the radish), cucumber kimchi, and bulgogi. But my bibimbop is really missing the kick that gochujang gives it. I've been using red pepper flakes and sesame oil as a substitute for now. Does anybody have a recipe for gochujang?
