I want to make gamgatang for my friend who absolutely LOVES this soup since he had it 2 years ago in Korea. But I can't seem to find the pork neck. I was able to to find the shoulder/spine bone to make the soup...but there's little to no meat on it. Is there another part of the pork I could use? My mom suggested using short ribs? Please HELP, I need to make it in a few days!!!
