Hello new friends. I am new to Korean foods and just reading the ingredients in the recipes tells me I will love it. Being an American and eating American foods (and fast foods) all my life I have become concerned about my health. I want to eat healthier and can think of no better cuisine.
I plan on making kimchi this weekend and was wondering what other dishes would be good to make as well that would last me through the week, lunch and dinner? It's only me so a typical recipe should probably be enough food.
