Your recipes are awesome! So far I've made the tofu side dishes, hoddeuk, and dukkbolgi. I can't wait to try gamjatang!! About 2 years ago, I had just moved to Korea to teach English and I stayed there for 8 months. It was amazing! I keep telling everyone how much I miss the food I ate while living there. I would love to learn how to cook all of the dishes I love so much. Every recipe I've made so far has been exactly how it was in Korea. I've even substituted real sugar for stevia and Splenda mixes because I'm diabetic and they still work! I can't thank you enough for these recipes and I look forward to trying more of the ones to come.
