I’ve been exploring Maangchi’s website for a while, but finally had the guts to “join up”. I’ve given myself the challenge of cooking and eating primarily Korean food this year. I will share my successes and failures as the occur. My adventure formally starts on Jan. 1, 2013.
Perhaps you’re wondering why? I have gained SO much weight since I came back home from S. Korea and simply cannot deal with US food anymore. So – I’m educating myself as part of my year long goal to get ready for a new baby and reclaim some of my body!
