It has been a long time that I’m following your recipes, with always the same pleasure and effectiveness!! During my trip in Korea, I’been invited by some korean family and they prepared a delicious meal (as usual there!). One of the dishes was some kind of fresh green beans, with a strong taste of lemon, very fresh and tasty. It does look similar to some pickles (the green beans were kind of hard and there was a taste of vinegar), with a lot of juice, and I have to say it was one of the most delicious dish I had in Korea. If you read this, could you explain how to do this recipe? What’s the name of this dish?
