  1. I live in the South. Okra is coming in big time right now. Are there any Korean recipes using okra?

  2. I don't believe Okra is traditionally used in Korean cooking but I'm sure you could add it to all sorts of things. You could stir-fry it and add it to japche or bibimbap. Also, it might be good in a hearty stew like soondubu jjigae or kimchi jjigae. If you're feeling adventurous maybe an okra kimchi?
