Whenever I go to my local H Mart grocery store, they always have people making and giving out samples. I notice that when they saute food, they always have a sheet of aluminum covering the saute pan and they saute right on top of the aluminimum sheet. Why is this? I notice they sautee the bulgogi like this also and it taste delish.
I think they do that just so they can easily replace the foil when it gets dirty and greasy and stay at the station, rather than carry away the pan and wash it.
