I know they are not strictly Korean food but I bought them at my local Korean supermarket :) I got these green tea flavored ones but when I opened the packet they have the outer shell on them still ? all the flavor is on that bit ? do you eat the whole thing ? or take the outer bit off and eat the inside ? seems weird ? but I love pumpkin seeds and have limited options for snacks as I am starch-free any suggestions .....
