Theres a kind of chili paste that I ate in a korean restaurant that I want to know how to make it. Its called TADEGI. Don’t know if I spelled it right.
The recipe for Tadegi (or dadaegi):다대기 is different depending what you are making it for. For example, dadaegi for fish stew is made with different ingredients from the one for cold noodles (bibim naengmyun).
