    I am never a cook, but I made my kimchi the second time. I downloaded all you cookbooks and they are free $$$ I must say, "Maangchi, thank you for giving me interest and enthusiasm in cooking."

    thanks so much @maangchi , i made the mak galbi jim , the easy one !! and it was heaven , i can't tell you how amazing that recipe is , it's *****!! now i have to work it off !! haha just kidding , LOL
