I was curious if you could show how to make traditional style rice dishes? (ex: multi-grain/’purple rice’, red bean, pea, etc…) I remember eating them growing up and at restaurants but I would LOVE to make them at home. Can you help me?
It’s actually very easy to make. When you make rice, you just add some other grains, but you have to make sure the harder grains and beans are cooked first to make them soft. Someday I will make a video about it.
