I have a lot of turnips, without greens. I have tried all the traditional turnip recipes, and I really don't like them. I thought that they might be good for kimchi. Have any of you tried to make kimchi from turnips? I did look online, but people mainly discuss using Asian style turnip, which is more like a radish. I have never made kimchi, so I don't know if using turnips would easier or harder than using cabbage. Any advice is appreciated.
