  1. Hi,

Yeah, i'm early, but before you know it, you will be shopping for a tree!

I'm thinking about having a bunch of people over for christmas and serving a Korean meal, but since it will be christmas it should be special.

What do you suggest for a menu?
    Let me know your suggestions.

  2. Reinier,
haha, Korean style Christmas dinner. It sounds good! I would make these 12 dishes! :
1.japchae(stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat):
    2.galbijjim (beef short ribs dish)
    3.tofu side dish:
    4.cooked radish side dish:
    5.spinach side dish:
    6.soybean sprouts side dish:
    7.daegujeon (breaded cod fillet):

    as dessert I would prepare
    8. Shikhye (rice dessert drink):

    9. And mujigaeddeok! (colorful rice cake): it looks like Western style cake and very beautiful. It needs a little skill and practice though. I think Reinier can make it. You are Holland Food artist! lol
I'm revealing what I will post for my next video. : )

10.11, 12,of course, rice and kimchi. For soup, you could make
    radish soup:

  3. I've always had miyukkuk (미역국) every year for Christmas. Although it's typically made for birthdays.

  4. thank you so much I am going to try out these recipes!

  5. I made up my mind and will make the following:
    Spicy tofu side sidh
    Spinach side dish
    Bean sprout side dish
    Some kimbab
    Some mandu
    Barley rice

    And beer!

If there will be room for desert i don't know... :)
