I'm thinking about having a bunch of people over for christmas and serving a Korean meal, but since it will be christmas it should be special.
What do you suggest for a menu?

Bean sprout side dish

Kimchi
Kaktugi
Some kimbab
Some mandu
Barley rice
Kongjorim
And beer!
If there will be room for desert i don't know... :)
