Recently CJ Foods contacted me and offered to send me some Korean ingredients as a way of saying “thank you” for spreading Korean culture and cuisine. It was very kind of them to offer, but after talking to them some more, we decided it would be more fun to set up this giveaway for my readers. This is CJ’s way of encouraging you to cook Korean food, because they know that not everyone can find Korean ingredients easily.
So, leave a comment on this post, and you’ll be entered to win a Korean cooking startup kit from CJ.
Please leave only one comment below, and then there will be 20 winners chosen at random by random.org. This contest is open to anyone in the world. Wherever you live, if you win then CJ will deliver this startup kit to your house.
The contest will close at midnight (New York time), December 15th and I’ll contact the winners through email. The winners need to answer me in 5 days, and if anyone doesn’t answer in time I’ll have to pick the next winner. The other cool thing about this startup kit is that a lot of the products in it are from CJ’s new Bibigo brand, which you’ll soon be able to buy outside of Korean grocery stores in the USA. I asked CJ about this, and they said Bibigo is just a new brand name for their Haechandle brand, which I have been using for decades and you may have seen in my ingredients section.

I would really love to win this package, because I’m interested in exotic foods and I want to study to become a Chef. I love to read cookbooks and food blogs and try out new things. I think about food most of the time and I get lots of new ideas every day. Sadly I’ve never tried Korean food and I’d really like to. I live in a very small town and we don’t have an Asian market here, and the closest one 25km away has a very poor selection.

Pleas come to Puerto Rico jijijijijijiji. I would like that, because finally in my country is arriving product and other thing of Korean is little but it make me so happy. The only thing that is difficult to get are the paste I still don’t know why the United State make so difficult to Puerto Rico to have the opportunity to have a social commercial relationship we other country including Asia. Pleas post all of your new video so I can learn more, and maybe, I may see you in Korean, since I soon will be teaching there so wish me luck ;).
