Recently CJ Foods contacted me and offered to send me some Korean ingredients as a way of saying “thank you” for spreading Korean culture and cuisine. It was very kind of them to offer, but after talking to them some more, we decided it would be more fun to set up this giveaway for my readers. This is CJ’s way of encouraging you to cook Korean food, because they know that not everyone can find Korean ingredients easily.
So, leave a comment on this post, and you’ll be entered to win a Korean cooking startup kit from CJ.
Please leave only one comment below, and then there will be 20 winners chosen at random by random.org. This contest is open to anyone in the world. Wherever you live, if you win then CJ will deliver this startup kit to your house.
The contest will close at midnight (New York time), December 15th and I’ll contact the winners through email. The winners need to answer me in 5 days, and if anyone doesn’t answer in time I’ll have to pick the next winner. The other cool thing about this startup kit is that a lot of the products in it are from CJ’s new Bibigo brand, which you’ll soon be able to buy outside of Korean grocery stores in the USA. I asked CJ about this, and they said Bibigo is just a new brand name for their Haechandle brand, which I have been using for decades and you may have seen in my ingredients section.

This is a great thing! I have a Korean market, but it is 20 miles or so away, so I don’t get there very often. I’d love to be able to make more Korean food for my family, I think they would really like it! : )

I find Korean culture as fascinating as the many foods that can be made! :D
I would really like to win the CJ cooking start-kit because as a student,
I personally cannot get these ingredients myself (getting there and because of school),
Though I really love to try new foods whenever i’m free.
My parents aren’t free to drive me around, especially since Korean/asian supermarkets are really far away.
So I really hope I can get these ingredients so I can getting cooking again!
