I just made a few changes. Since I am trying to have more fiber in my diet, I used brown rice for this recipe. I used shitake mushrooms, carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, beef, and seasoned seaweed for this one; then mixed in the hot pepper taste. We loved the outcome! I also made some spicy rice cakes along side my bibimbap. =)
