I really wanted to try this recipe but couldn’t find dried pollock, even at the little Korean grocery store I use to go shopping, a little little shop but with many many ingredients I can’t find in other stores (even vegetables like minari sometimes).
Anyway, recently I was happy to find the desired yellow flat fish and of course I bought it to make bugeoguk.
Very good !
