Roll Ppang hot cross buns for Easter!

Made the most delicious hot cross buns ever using Maangchi’s bread roll recipe! I doubled the recipe and added 1.5tsp pumpkin pie spice, zest of one orange and 2/3 cup dried fruit (currants, cherries, Italian mixed peel). Then for the crosses I made a paste from flour and water and piped it on top. After it baked, I glazed it with melted apricot jam. It was truly the best ever and I’ve eaten a lot of hot cross buns!
