Gamjatang (Korean pork bone stew)

Gamjatang

This dish requires a medium level of difficulty to cook with some patience and tolerance. It is lightly spicy, but it had a very deep taste from being simmered for 8 hours(from 8lbs of neck bones)and the meat literally fall off from the bones. Totally worth it :)
