The jar’s been sealed up for 6 days, I can open to eat this Gochujangajji tomorrow ‘cuz Maangchi says it needs 7 days at least to ripe. My first time to make Gochujangajji for my own self, Maangchi video inspired me to do so, thank you, Hammer~
