I had never tried anything like this before, but I love butternut squash. It turned out very delicious and was a lot of fun to make! My husband helped me make the the rice balls, he was even faster and better at it than me! It was really nice to be able to involve the family in cooking and we both enjoyed the results of our hard work even more!
