Veg Japcahe from Indonesia

This is the vegetarian Japchae that I made using your recipe. It’s really yummy but the color is not as dark as I would’ve liked, probably becuse the type of soy sauce I had at the time was light soy sauce. The taste was still amazing though. Instead of jidan, i made a very thin omelette then I sliced it thinly for garnish on top.
