Kimchi Pork Buns! With Cheese

These are so good! I made a double batch and cheated with the buns. I used Grand’s buttermilk biscuits since I couldn’t wait 3 hours to eat dinner after working all day. I also added mozzarella to the buns for half the batch as an experiment. So delicious!

    Gorgeous! Add more mozzarella cheese makes the wonderful bun, I think. ;-)
