Oh my god this is so good!
I made Kimchi ppang right after watching maangchi’s recipe.
But photo’s buns are second cook!
I already ate all and wanted more!
I really enjoyed making whole process. It was so fun.
Actually I’m not a person who really like cabbage Kimchi as a sidedish.
I don’t know why I more prefer radish one than cabbage one.
So always in my fridge, a lot of cabbage kimchi just be stayed for long time.
(Having a too long time for fermentation)
But When I made this buns, I got a strong feeling that I can eat cabbage kimchi all in a short period because Kimchi in buns is so perfect!
Eating right after taking out of the oven is so warm and just like a heaven.
My family liked it of course but not like me.
