Kkaennip jangajji (pickled perilla leaves)

I bought perilla leaves from the lady who sells her home grown vegetables on the street in Flushing, NY.

I pickled them once I came home yesterday. This morning I tasted it with rice, and it is very delicious. I love the flavor!

    That looks really delicious! I still haven’t planted my perilla plant – I might do that today – then I can make this yummy recipe!
