Has officially become a soup person

Using store bought frozen dumplings would have been a nice option for that recipe. But, it wouldn’t have given me the feeling of self-satisfaction that comes from doing a good job. So, one week ago, I had asked my family to help me make some dumplings (around 50). Then, we had frozen them for later use. Yesterday, I finally had the chance to try Maangchi’s recipe. I was delighted with the result. My family absolutely loved it. I feel like I’m improving more and more.
