Mandu soup

Really in the mood for some wonton soup. Luckily I still had some Mandu in my freezer that we made last time, so it became a Chinese Korean fusion Mandu soup. Broth made with a chicken stock cube, ginger, garlic, dried shi take mushroom, soy sauce, shao shing rice wine, sellery, some kimchi and a drizzle of toasted sesame oil. Some crispy ice berg lettuce and spring onion in my bowl and the hot soup on top. Very yummy!
