Just found the recipe by searching “korean dumpling soup” since I assumed “mandoo gook” might not be the right “english” search. Nevertheless, after reading the recipe and seeing what you need to add into proper mandoo gook, I need to run to the grocery store.
Do you think if i take away some of the ingredients and make it simply with dumplings, green onion and lacking the meat, it will be fine?
