Mugwort soup (ssukguk)

U know Maangchi,u should see my sparkling eyes when i found this mugwort.Brought it at wet market near my apt.Very cheap,only cost me sgd 1 for one bundle.For Singapore friends,u can brought it at Geylang Serai market or maybe wet market Malay vegetables stall near ur house.It call ” Ulam ” in Malay.Usually eat as salad.I love the combination flavour of mugwort n clams.

    I’m so surprised that you found this in Singapore! Yes, when it’s cooked with clams, it turns out really tasty and has a wonderful flavor. Great photo!
