Recently CJ Foods contacted me and offered to send me some Korean ingredients as a way of saying “thank you” for spreading Korean culture and cuisine. It was very kind of them to offer, but after talking to them some more, we decided it would be more fun to set up this giveaway for my readers. This is CJ’s way of encouraging you to cook Korean food, because they know that not everyone can find Korean ingredients easily.
So, leave a comment on this post, and you’ll be entered to win a Korean cooking startup kit from CJ.
Please leave only one comment below, and then there will be 20 winners chosen at random by random.org. This contest is open to anyone in the world. Wherever you live, if you win then CJ will deliver this startup kit to your house.
The contest will close at midnight (New York time), December 15th and I’ll contact the winners through email. The winners need to answer me in 5 days, and if anyone doesn’t answer in time I’ll have to pick the next winner. The other cool thing about this startup kit is that a lot of the products in it are from CJ’s new Bibigo brand, which you’ll soon be able to buy outside of Korean grocery stores in the USA. I asked CJ about this, and they said Bibigo is just a new brand name for their Haechandle brand, which I have been using for decades and you may have seen in my ingredients section.

This would be great to have! I live in a very small town so it is hard to get anything besides the most basic seasonings and sauces, let alone stuff from other countries.

I live in Turkey and there is not even one korean restaurant here where I live, still Im trying to do my best to try making those delicious meals but Im limited to what I can do If I don’t even have the symplist ingreadient. There is a bunch of us here who love korean food, tv and music :))) I would love love love to win the contest.

I have taken a great interest in all things Korean lately, and I really would like to start cooking the recipes that I have seen!!!
Even thought the stuff hasnt been made yet, all the ingredients looks so delicious. I enjoy learning how to make Korean food. I tried the Korean Fried Chicken and it was AWESOME! I hope to see Spicy Broiled Chicken on the recipe list someday.
