Hi,i tried the Korean sea food pancake.But my pan cake turned out soft instead of crispy.how do I improve it?I used all purpose flour & rice flour.
The batter may be too thin? I would add some more flour to the batter and cook over medium high heat. When you cook it, add some more oil.
