So Yummy!!!

I always make chamchijeon (tuna pancakes:참치천) when I have had a hard day of studying! I don’t know what it is, but being able to make something as delicious as this so easily, takes a big load off of my shoulders! I usually eat with some fresh spring lettuce and mushrooms! Also I highly recommend the sauce shown in the video, (1 tb soy sauce, 1/2 tb vinegar) it cuts through the saltiness quite nicely!!!
