I made dakbokkeumtang the other day. It’s my favorite korean dish. Yummy broth from chicken, sweetness from onions, spiciness of pepper paste, tender potatoes. ahmm, it’s perfect!! It’s supposed to warm you up, but I can enjoy it even on hot summer days :)
